Slice of Life 2024

Day 16

Today really felt like spring – warmth & bugs.

I spend much of the day outside – built a fire in the fire pit.

I raked leaves – something I didn’t do last fall.

I pulled weeds – fresh from the sunshine.

Neighbors came over – they wanted to check out the size gazebo

My nephew and crew mowed my 2 acre yard.

I started a painting of tulips – the teacher was too detailed for me but I learned a lot from her.

I went to a memorial service for a former colleague – we told of our experiences with her & former students spoke sweet memories of time in her class.

Finally made time to write a slice of my life today
