Today we met a friend and her mom for lunch at the restaurant I wrote about a short time ago. I was so excited to see and visit with her again so I wrote a haiku to honor our time.

That’s sweet! It didn’t feel as tho it had been 3 years! It’s so easy to be right at home together even after 3 years. I just know we would be a bit more active if we were closer.

Definitely…to your last sentence. Everytime I think of a fun, explorative road trip to do down here, I think that you would go with me. 🙂 At least like you said, we keep in touch so it doesn’t seem like we are separated by hundreds of miles.
